Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We're working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Order modifications or cancellations are possible within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. After this window, orders enter our processing system and cannot be changed.

We use high-quality materials including solid wood, engineered wood, premium fabrics, and durable metals. Each product page provides detailed material specifications to help you make informed decisions.
Are assembly instructions included?
Yes, all furniture requiring assembly comes with clear, step-by-step instructions and necessary tools. Many items also include QR codes linking to video assembly guides.
Do you offer product warranties?
All our furniture comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty options are available for select items.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. Furniture must be disassembled and packaged in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you find any damage, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
