Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Custom or special order items may not be eligible for return. Furniture with signs of use, damage not present at time of delivery, or missing original packaging may be subject to restocking fees or refusal of return.

For damaged or defective items received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for replacement or repair at our discretion.
